Annette Durbin Dean: MacInnes STORIES and Picutres to visit Annette in KENTCKY- July 2007

Jan and Brian MacInnes load up their RV from Melbourne Florida and Head off to Kentucky to see Annette Durbin Dean, Jan's childhood friend from Russellville, Kentucky. Jan was so excited to find Annette after years of searching for her on the internet. They both were like little kids and picked right back off like no time has passed on the phone. I got her to join Facebook and she was excited to find many other friends. I think God for the internet to help me find my best friend again! I told my husband pack up the RV, and, kids and bikes....WE are going on a Road Trip!

Our first stop....The Gap in Nashville TN!


Pumpkin Center Campground

This campground is located at the bottom of Deal's Gap in Nashville TN. Main rule for camping. You have to have a motorcycle!

Brian and I had our son Brad hold down camp with baby Dalton and Spencer, while we took beautiful breath taking early morning ride on our motorcycle up to the top of Deals Gap. If you've never been, it's a must see.


OUCH--- Some don't survive the 318 curves in 11 miles!

July 2, 2007- We get back on the road and programed in Annette's Address into the GPS, Little did we know it took us the wrong way and we ended up down this tiny street in the middle of no where and no place to turn our huge RV around.....just a minor detour....LOL...
AND NOW THE MOMENT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!!!
Annette and I are two peas in a Pod and when you get two of a kind together for the first time in years,

Annette Wrote me after seeing these pictures and said.....

"Seeing you climbing out of your RV with that crazy big pink hat on.... it had been about 16 yrs. since we had seen each other, and it was so great to see that you hadn't changed one bit!!"

I had to make An Exit off our tour bus-------Famous Style! LOL

Annette Sees Dalton for the first time!

We got to set up camp right outside Annette's house. Getting on her property was a bit of a challenge. We hit a post and it tore off the back bumper. Opps!
